- "In the first dawn, there was naught but nothingness. But then great Lord Vahkaran, the Giver, the Lord, and the Warrior, he gave us life. He gave us meaning. He gave us everything. But we mortals took it all for granted. And now we must pay our debt to Lord Vahkaran, for we stand at the brink of unwanted war between our once-allies."

[edit] Introduction
In the ancient days, when man was young and free of knowledge, there was Lord Vahkaran, the ruler of everything in the world of Loch, for he was the creator of all, and the ruler of all three realms - the realm of Beasts, the realm of Elements, and the realm of Mortals. But while he may have been the creator of the world, that did not mean he was immortal. When he neared his death, he took one of every element from the Elemental Realm, one of every beast from the woods, and one living mortal, one dead mortal soul, and one piece from the mortals' machinery, and from the Elemental realm, he forged the Prince of Elements, Lyroht, the Prince of Mortals, Tyrantius, and the Prince of Beasts, Tiberius. After he passed, the three brothers took over their respective realms and balance was in tune.
However, a thousand years ago, Tiberius was reported missing. Every beast in the woods went on an eternal quest to find him, but it wasn't long until they gave up. No evidence of foul play was here - it was just like the Prince of Beasts had just disappeared. And then the world fell out of balance. Tyrantius's poor rule over his mortal kingdom caused his subjects great trouble - starvation, poverty, crime, filth - and in the end, they sought to take from the other realms in order to feed their own needs. They quickly adapted as hunters and killed beasts in the woodland in order to feed their own stomachs.
Then they began pillaging the world of Elements. They took fire from the souls of Elemental Warriors to cook the flesh from the beasts, to warm their hearts, but some did more devious things - burning down the woodlands, causing crime, and destroying. The mortals took what they wanted, as Tiberius was gone. But Lyroht's vengeance was swift. He sent occasional storms, droughts, famines, floods, tornadoes, to the mortal realm, and an alliance between the Elements and the Beasts was formed. And the relationship between the brothers were never the same.
Now, the world of Loch is in desperate need of a hero, before a war breaks out between nature and science. But when there is a hero, there is always a villain.
[edit] Important Figures
[edit] Vahkaran
First of all, Vahkaran is not a god. He was the creator of all, the first being on Loch, and a cross between a mortal, elemental, and a beast, but he WAS NOT technically a god. However, he was given great magical powers, with the ability to twist the world with a snap of his fingers. It is not known who he truly was or how he appeared, but many say that there was a force before Vahkaran, something even more powerful than the great mage. He appeared in empty and desolate space, and when he wanted a world, it appeared right before him. He went on creating the realm of beasts, known as the Woodland, the realm of Elementals (Earth was the primary force, in front of fire), called the Citadel, and the realm of Mortals, called Sehtiyaneht in the ancient tongue, but now commonly known as Low. He lived for five hundred years before he discovered his mortality, and used his powers to create a ruler for each realm - Prince Lyroht, Ruler of the Elements, Prince Tyrantius, Ruler of Mortals (Living, dead, and their machinary), and Prince Tiberius, the ruler of the Wild, the Woodland, and all Beasts.Later, he passed away, and his body is buried in the Council, the centre of Loch.
He appears as a an elderly mage dressed in gold-lined blue robes, holding a twisted and enchanted wooden staff (his symbol of power), with long brownish-yellowish hair and beard.
[edit] Lyroht
While Vahkaran was not a god, his "sons", the Council of Order, are immortal. Prince Lyroht, the ruler of Elements and the Elementals, was the first Prince created by Vahkaran. His body was a metal husk forged by Aetherius, the Forgemaster, and his soul was created from every single element - fire, water, ice, air, and earth. He can shift forms, but he likes to stay in his war form - fire. After Vahkaran passed away, there was a small skirmish between Lyroht and his brother, Tyrantius. Tyrantius's left arm was lopped off at the elbow, but not before he ripped out Lyroht's left eye, carved from legendary Soul Crystal of the Council. Ever since then, Lyroht and Tyrantius have been bitter rivals, but Lyroht and Tiberius have been great brothers. Lyroht's Chosen Elementals - Drake, Son of Fire, Brother of Water, adviser to Lyroht, Nimble, Stormbringer, Brother of Fire, Cousin of Ice, the Padfoot, Chivalry, the White Knight, Frozen One, Cousin of Water, Span, the Flier, the Fast One, the Green Eagle, and Sultan, the Earthshaker, the Dark Crusader, the Clawer - are his personal guards and most trusted warriors. Lyroht's "son", his sucessor, is Sultan.
Lyroht, in his "war form", the element of fire, appears as a tall and slender husk of silver metal, with his limbs made of red hot metal, silver and red war armour, with his jade-green left eye torn away, and an elaborate red war mask, and wields a sword (the hilt and grip is metal, while the blade is fire) in his left hand and a long silver Arachion claw in his right hand.
[edit] Tyrantius
The second Prince created by Vahkaran, Tyrantius is a careless ruler of the mortal realm. He rules all mortals, living and dead, and their machines as well. His most noted warriors are the Undead Hunters. They are zombified hunters, resurrected corpses of some of the ancient hunters. Tyrantius had a feud with his brother, Lyroht, at Council, the underground centre of Loch, and that resulted in Tyrantius losing his left arm from the elbow down, but not before tearing out Lyroht's left eye. The brothers are bitter rivals, but due to the fact that they are immortals, they are constrained by ancient laws created by Vahkaran. Tyrantius has a poor rule over his realm. But he simply does not care about the realm, except when war strikes.
Tyrantius has three forms - his basic mortal form, as an elderly king-warrior with a crippled left hand, his dead mortal form, as an undead Lord Lich, and his infamous Machinary form, as a giant hulk of scrap metal, wires, gears, pullys, e cetera, all mashed together, with face masks attached on a tire for a head.
[edit] Tiberius
The third and last Prince created by Vahkaran, Tiberius was a kindly ruler over the Woodland. His Chosen Beasts, the White Wolves, White Tigers, Jade Snakes, and Gold Eagles, were his personal guards, and the White Tigers were of his kin, though all beasts in the world were his family. While Tiberius never expressed a favourite brother, it appeared that he had liked Lyroht more than Tyrantius. Indeed, Tyrantius was responsible for a long and jagged scar that runs down from his left eye. A thousand years ago, Tiberius disappeared from the Woodland. All around, Beasts, Elementals, and even mortals looked for him, searching every nook and cranny. However, they could not find him. No one dares to take his Woodland throne, and so only two of the brothers live.
Tiberius appears as a pure white humanoid tiger dressed with a wide gold belt, a thick iron chestplate, wielding a steel sabre shimmering with elemental and woodland magic, a steel pike, and has a long jagged scar running down his face from his left eye.
